Virginie is co-founder, President and Chief Strategy Officer of Royal Gramma. With 20 years' experience, she excels at creating scalable digital strategies for e-commerce. After key roles at Orckestra and SIDLEE, she made her mark on the online grocery sector, working with major North American brands. Her commitment to performance and her constant focus on creating exceptional customer experiences make her an undisputed reference in her field.

Jason Martin

Jason is co-founder and VP design at Royal Gramma, where he oversees all UX and UI initiatives. With a PhD in art studies from UQAM, he is recognized for his art direction, his expertise in adapting brand identities to digital platforms and his mastery of user interface accessibility. With over 25 years' experience, he has in the past held key positions at Orckestra and Aldo Group.

Stéphanie Lebon

As VP CRM and Content, Stéphanie conceptualizes and oversees the implementation of high-performance strategies while guiding companies in the production, optimization and maximization of their online content. Specialized in digital strategy and shopper marketing, Stéphanie has worked with numerous brands including Unilever, L'Oréal and Coca-Cola. She always takes a customer-centric approach, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs.

Nicolas Francoeur

Nicolas Francoeur is Vice-President Strategy and Consulting at Royal Gramma, where he draws on more than 10 years' experience in digital transformation of e-commerce operations, both in-house (BRP) and in agencies (Sid Lee, lg2). He has led ambitious transformation projects for leading companies such as Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, Hydro-Québec and Vidéotron, combining strategic vision with rigorous execution. Nicolas stands out for his ability to create collaborative work environments, stimulating innovation and team performance. An expert in digital performance optimization, he helps companies achieve their business objectives.
