Virginie is the cofounder, president, and strategic lead at St. Lawrence. Known for her calm, clear thinking and rigorous approach, she helps businesses move forward with purpose, aligning business objectives and customer experience in complex digital growth contexts. Her style: methodical, sharp, and always grounded.

With 20 years of experience, she’s a recognized leader in scalable eCommerce strategy and digital ecosystem transformation. After key roles at Orckestra and SID LEE, she helped shape the future of online grocery with major North American brands.

Jason martin
VP of Design, Co-founder and Partner
Jason Martin

Jason is cofounder, VP Design and operations lead at St. Lawrence. He ensures projects flow smoothly, that teams stay balanced, and that every deliverable meets the highest standards. He oversees all UX/UI initiatives with precision and care.

Holding a PhD in art studies from UQAM, Jason is known for his artistic direction, deep understanding of brand adaptation in digital spaces, and his leadership in accessibility. With over 25 years of experience, he’s held key roles at Orckestra and Aldo Group.

Stéphanie Lebon

Stéphanie pushes our clients to aim higher, take bold steps, and turn ambition into measurable impact. Leading our CRM and content practice, she designs and implements powerful strategies that elevate digital content and performance.

Her approach is sharp, human, and always curious. As a digital strategist and shopper marketing expert, she’s partnered with brands like Unilever, L'Oréal, and Coca-Cola to push creative boundaries and drive real results.

Nicolas Francoeur

Nicolas is VP Strategy & Consulting at St. Lawrence. With over 10 years of experience in eCommerce operations and digital transformation—in-house (BRP) and agency settings (SID LEE, lg2)—he knows how to align vision and execution.

He’s led large-scale projects for Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, Hydro-Québec, and Vidéotron. His leadership fosters collaborative environments where ideas grow and teams perform.
